These terms govern all orders placed on morbellaio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Who we are. Morbellaio is the trading name for this shop. We operate from 144 Avenue Pierre Sémard, Avignon, 84000, France. You can contact us at info@morbellaio.my or +33 6 76 69 05 16, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central European Time.
Product Availability. Auto parts are offered subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, the website will indicate this. If a part sells out after you order, we will email you to offer a later dispatch date, a comparable alternative (with your consent), or a full refund.
Pricing and Payment. Every price is a total price in euros, inclusive of French VAT. Delivery within Metropolitan France is free. The amount on the final checkout screen is what you pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. Card details are processed by our provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Fitment and Compatibility. We provide detailed measurements, bolt patterns, and offsets on our product pages. While we are happy to assist with compatibility questions via email, the final responsibility for ensuring a part fits your specific vehicle rests with you. Modifying a vehicle carries inherent risks. Morbellaio is not liable for labor costs, towing, or damage to your vehicle resulting from the installation of parts purchased from us, provided the part matches the specifications listed on our website.
Right of Withdrawal. Consumers in France or the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how this applies, including the critical rules regarding unmounted and uninstalled condition for car parts. This policy does not replace your statutory rights.
Liability. We are responsible for supplying parts that match our published specifications. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our control (carrier delays, severe weather, etc.). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under French consumer law.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, you may use the consumer mediation process available under French law.
Updates. We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. The version active at the time of your order applies to that order.
